Getting your machine to the Tri-Cities

Two ways, and we handle both:

  • Pick it up yourself — pickups are on Fridays, by appointment. 4206 N. Best Rd., Spokane Valley: about 2 hours 20 minutes from Kennewick, Pasco and Richland. The 1-ton class trailers behind a half-ton pickup; ask us for the exact operating weight of the model you want before you hitch up.
  • We arrange transport. Delivery is handled by a licensed third-party carrier that we book for you — you never have to call a trucking company yourself. The haul is quoted separately from the machine price and depends on distance.

Send us your ZIP code and the model, and you get a firm delivery price back the same business day. No deposit required to get a quote.

What the Columbia Basin actually digs

Ag work punishes the wrong size machine. A skid steer compacts ground you paid to loosen. A full-size excavator will not fit between vine rows without taking out wire. And the job list does not stop: replacing a blown irrigation line, digging in mainline, resetting end posts, pulling dead trees, cleaning a lateral before the season starts.

That is the case for a 1–2 ton machine with expandable tracks. Tracks in, it walks down a row; tracks out, it is stable enough to trench and load. Six feet of dig depth covers mainline and drain work, and auger and grapple attachments handle posts and tree removal without bringing in a second machine.

The other reason to own instead of rent: irrigation does not break on a schedule. When a line goes in July, waiting three days for a rental yard to have something available costs more than a month of payments.

We are about two and a half hours up US-395, in Spokane Valley. Tell us what block you are working and we will tell you honestly which size fits it.

Warranty

Every machine carries the manufacturer’s parts warranty — 1 to 2 years depending on the model. The Kubota engine is covered separately under Kubota’s own engine warranty.

Questions from Tri-Cities buyers

Can I pick the machine up myself?

Yes. Pickups are on Fridays, by appointment — we load it onto your trailer at our Spokane Valley yard. Book the Friday that works for you and ask us for the operating weight of the model you are looking at, so you can check it against your trailer rating.

How much is delivery to the Tri-Cities?

Send us your ZIP code and the model — we get a quote from the carrier and come back to you with a firm price the same business day. Delivery is quoted separately from the price of the machine.

Which size machine fits between orchard or vineyard rows?

The 1–2 ton class with expandable tracks is what most growers end up with: tracks in to walk a row, tracks out to trench and load. Call us with your row spacing and the depth you need and we will tell you which model fits — and which one does not.

How is sales tax handled?

Tax follows where the machine ends up. Pick it up at our yard in Spokane Valley and it is a Washington sale, with Washington sales tax. If we arrange delivery, sales tax is calculated on the delivery address. Either way, ask us for the out-the-door number before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Do you finance?

Yes, through our lending partners. Call us and we will walk you through the terms.

What warranty comes with the machine?

The manufacturer’s parts warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on the model, plus Kubota’s own warranty on the engine. Call us and we will tell you exactly what is covered on the model you are looking at.
